I thought there was actually a bird stuck on there, but those are just feathers.
I like the way there is some intense contrast here from the white background to the darkness of the hat and all. It's pretty awesome how you have managed to capture the person here with such great clarity and ... yeah, though there is overexposure, it's not too bad.
It is a bit distracting, though, and yet... I don't know what you could do to change that, as such.
Perhaps you could have cropped this into a square, though I think it's quite fine as it is. Maybe you could have added a vignette as well, but that would have taken away the naturalness of things, perhaps.
Lovely stuff, all in all! I like the depth of field and how shallow is it so the main subject matter can stand out all the more here.
